Mind One - A card-sized AI device with a twist.

Ikko (stylized iKKO), better known for high-end in-ear monitors, is the audio-via-gadget outfit behind both the ActiveBuds and this new AI phone, Mind One. They’re not some fledgling startup-this is an established audio brand trying to quietly reinvent the tech in your pocket.

Meet Mind One

At about 8 mm by 72 mm, and just 8.9 mm thick-think, the Mind one is a really compact device. It houses a 4" AMOLDED display with the pro-model getting a sapphire glass screen. It weighs about 132g and has an IP54 water and dust resistance rating.

The Mind One phone is powered by the Mediatek MT8781 (Octa-core, 2x A76 @2.2GHz + 6x A55 @2.0GHz), a mid-low-end smartphone processor. It ships with 8 Gb of RAM and has a base storage of 256Gb. To power the tame SOC is a humble 2200mAh battery.

The ikko phone has a few tricks up its sleeves. One, it has two operating systems, stock android(GMS Certified) and an in-house developed iKKO AI OS - a lightweight companion, designed to enhance focus and productivity.

1. Android 15 for full app freedom

2. iKKO AI OS, lightweight and ad-free, dedicated to focus, built-in AI tools, and a distraction‑free workspace. Switch via button press.

Two, a flipping camera... literally!

MindOne features a 50MP Sony 1/1.56” sensor with custom OIS and a bright F1.88 aperture - the kind of setup usually reserved for rear cameras only. But here’s the twist: this one flips. So it’s both your front and rear camera, in one. And just like the main screen, the camera is protected by Sapphire Glass - highly resistant to scratches and built for long-term durability.

Flip it up: selfie camera.

Flip it down: main camera.

It rotates 180°, locks at any angle.

<flip camera image>

The camera produces decent images, good enough for a pass.

<photo samples>

The iKKO Mind One supports both nano-SIM and a built-in vSIM/NovaLink system. That means global internet for AI tools in 60-140+ countries-without fussing over data roaming. AI tools include voice notes, summaries, podcast-generation, large language models-no subscriptions needed.

So, how does MindOne connect without a SIM? Because it has a vSIM system built right into the hardware, no SIM card needed. And we’ve optimized it on two levels.

NovaLink: Free internet for all built-in AI tools in 60 regions

vSIM: Full internet in 140 countries, available via easy top-up

As an accessory iKKO has also developed a snap-in expansion phone case with:

1. One Compact Case. Five Big Upgrades.

2. QWERTY Keyboard

3. Cirrus Logic CS43198 DAC

4. 3.5mm Audio Jack

5. Extra 500mAh Built-In Battery

6. Magnetic Attachment

The Mind One is currently a project on Kickstarterkickstarter(https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ikko/ikko-mind-one-ai-smartphone), and for the super early-bird, you can get it for 299$. MSRP is expected to be 499$.
